REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Our refund & exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases however we do offer store credits. Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as per our discretion. Please email email@example.com before sending the item back.
- Your makeup looks amazing on your face and your tan is goddess like but it's not so nice on our clothes. So please take care when trying on your new garments for the first time.
- Clothing will only be accepted if returned in its original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, free from make-up & fake tan
- We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back.
- Postage must be covered to send the item back to us
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.
- RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE STORE WITHIN THE 30 DAYS.
